Our camp team is dedicated to authentic Rajasthani hospitality. Review our operational and reservation terms below.

Timing Schedule

Check-in Time: 4:00 PM onwards. This ensures your tent is ready and allows you to settle in comfortably before the sunset camel safari at 5:00 PM.
Check-out Time: 10:00 AM after traditional breakfast.
Early Arrivals: Subject to availability. You are welcome to relax in our welcome lounge or shaded dining hall while your room is prepared.

Advance & Cancellation

7+ Days Before Check-in: 100% full refund of any deposit paid, or free date alteration within the same season.
3 to 7 Days Before Check-in: 50% refund of deposit, or one-time date rescheduling subject to room availability.
Within 72 Hours / No-Show: Non-refundable, as dune setups, supplies, and staffing are reserved exclusively for your party.
Peak Festival Season (Diwali, New Year, Desert Festival): Specific non-refundable periods apply during high demand dates.

Border District Regulation

As Khuri is located in the desert border district of Jaisalmer, local administration and police guidelines require mandatory identity verification:

Indian Nationals: Every adult guest must present a valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar Card, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving Licence) at check-in. PAN Card is not accepted as address proof.
Foreign Nationals: Valid original Passport and Indian Visa / e-Visa are strictly required for C-Form completion.

Desert Climate Advice

Days (Oct–March): Pleasantly warm and bright (24°C–30°C). Comfortable cotton clothing, sunglasses, sunscreen, and a sunhat are recommended.
Nights (Nov–Feb): The desert temperature drops noticeably to 8°C–14°C once the sun sets. Please pack warm layers, jackets, or woollen shawls for campfire gatherings and stargazing.
Footwear: Closed walking shoes or sturdy sandals are ideal for sand dune walks.

Community & Safety

Quiet Hours: Live folk music and amplification conclude by 10:30 PM in accordance with local national park conservation norms, leaving the night peaceful under the stars.
Eco Conservation: Khuri is an ecologically sensitive desert habitat. Please avoid littering plastic or glass on the sand dunes. Dustbins are provided throughout the camp.
Hot Water: Running hot water is provided via eco-friendly solar heaters during morning hours (7:00 AM – 10:30 AM).

Guest names, phone numbers, and travel dates shared via our website or WhatsApp enquiry desk are used exclusively to arrange your stay, safari, and transfers.
